At Bhavani Pooja, we take pride in delivering quality devotional products such as agarbatti, dhoop, kapur (camphor), sambrani, and other pooja essentials. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand how returns and replacements are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to you.
Due to the nature of consumable and devotional items, products that are opened or used are not eligible for return.
Any return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

Your order number
Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and inform you about approval.

3. Replacement Policy

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product.
For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5–7 business days.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

Opened or used products
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Products ordered with incorrect details provided by the customer
Items returned without prior approval

5. Shipping for Returns

In case the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be arranged by Bhavani Pooja.
If the issue is not due to our error, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection. Bhavani Pooja reserves the right to approve or reject return and replacement requests based on the verification of provided evidence and product condition.
