At Bhavani Pooja, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our devotional products such as agarbatti, dhoop, kapur (camphor), sambrani, and other pooja items. This policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped/processed.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled.

• The order is cancelled by Bhavani Pooja due to any unavoidable reasons.

For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5–7 business days.

3. Return & Replacement

• Due to the nature of consumable and devotional products, returns may not be accepted once the product is opened or used.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos as proof.

• After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

• Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

5. Processing of Refunds

• Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment.

• The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

• In case of replacement, shipping charges may be borne by Bhavani Pooja, subject to verification.
